I’m very pleased to introduce my friend and now FreeStyleMind co-writer Adam. I’ve been working with Adam behind the scences since the launch of this blog and I really trust him and his quality work.

In fact, we are also flatmates as we are now sharing a new apartment in Madrid and we’re doing business together as well. You might remember Adam from an old post he did on language learning, but he also proofread many of my posts.

Adam will be writing a few articles every month where he will be sharing his thoughts on topic including: language learning, life hacking, fitness and even internet marketing.

Now I’m just gonna let Adam give you more info about himself.

Hey, my name is Adam and I’m Oscar’s partner in crime. Well, not exactly really, I’m just his flatmate (and sometimes advisor/consultant) and now the co-writer of FreeStyleMind .

Let me let you know a little bit about myself:


  • In 2002 and at the age of 14 (I’m 22 now!), I started fixing and programing satellite receivers and equipment for a living at my Dad’s satellite TV store. I was the popular kid in town because I was helping people watch premium PPV channels illegally and for free (unethical I know).

  • In 2006 and while still working at my Dad’s store, I created my first online community site and grew it to over 80,000 members and two millions users a year. It was about Satellite TV and decoding PPV channels. I sold the site in October 2009 to a tech company in the UK.

  • In 2008, I decided to become a football (soccer) journalist and created a club-focused-blog (I can’t disclose the name) that was later acquired by a football social media website and I’ve been working for them as a journalist since then. I’ve been featured and linked to by the Guardian UK, Fox Sports as well as the BBC and other football websites and podcasts. I’ve also been covering games live at stadiums.

  • In 2010, I made my dream come true and started working for the biggest football club in the world as their social media and Internet marketing evangelist. Later this year, I’m hoping to join the club’’s own TV channel and pursue my journalism career. It’s my dream job because it involves my passions (tech, football and media).

I’ve recently moved to Madrid, Spain with Oscar and we are now working on achieving some personal and common goals.

My personal goals are:

  • Residing in Spain permanently or making it my base.
  • Continue working my dream job and pursing my journalism career.
  • Building a profitable online business.
  • Continue improving as a person and athlete.
  • Living life to the fullest.

As for our common goals, the only goal that is relevant to you is our intention to provide more value to you on FreeStyleMind and to make it one of the best sites in the industry.

So what can you expect from me? Good stuff, I hope. I’m going to be writing about anything that comes to mind but mainly about:

  • Love & relationships.
  • Fitness.
  • Internet marketing.
  • Language learning.
  • Personal development in general.
